the band apart is a rock band formed in 1998.
Kawasaki, Hara, and Kogure, who met as middle school classmates, formed a heavy metal cover band in 1993 and were joined by Arai in 1995. The four members started full-scale activities as the band apart in 1998.
They release their acoustic mini albums under the name the band apart (naked).
