Tigh-Z (タイズ) is a Japanese dance and vocal co-ed group from Osaka.

Originally, the group was formed as the all-male vocal quartet Tigh-Z from BIRTH ALL STARZ in December 2013. The group made its official major-label debut under Universal Music Japan in 2016 as a 7-member boy group. In September of the same year, all members of theRLest joined the line-up and several original members left.

All members are part of the super group D.E.F from their company.

The group disbanded around September 2021.
