Tomatsu Haruka (戸松遥) is a seiyuu, actress, and pop singer affiliated with Music Ray'n.

She was signed to Music Ray'n after passing their Music Ray'n Super Seiyuu Audition' held from 2005 to 2006. She made her voice acting debut the next year, voicing background students in "Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight!". Later that year, she received her first main role in the anime adaptation of "Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica".

She made her singing debut in September 2008 with naissance.

On February 15, 2009, she was announced as one of the members of Music Ray'n's new voice actress unit sphere.

On January 11, 2019, she announced her marriage to an ordinary man. She announced the birth of her first child on February 10, 2021.

Trivia

• Before graduating from high school in 2008, Haruka used to live in Ichimomiya city where she often took the shinkansen, travelling back and forth between Nagoya and Tokyo to attend recordings.
• Actress and model Haneyuri was her classmate in middle and high school.
