Tomikawa Harumi (富川春美) is a former Japanese idol and a former member of Onyanko Club.

History[]

Tomikawa joined Onyanko Club on April 5, 1985 alongside Kawai Sonoko and Utsumi Kazuko. She was one of the first members chosen for a solo debut along with Fukunaga Satomi and Kawai, and even recorded a demo tape. However, due to issues with her high school's faculty, in order to stay in Onyanko Club she was forced to cancel her solo debut and not make any televised appearances for six months. She resumed her televised appearances in mid-1986. Tomikawa graduated on September 20, 1987 when the group disbanded and was the longest tenured member.

After the disbandment she worked as a model. In 1990 she visited Okuma Beach, Okinawa for a location shoot, and fell in love with the area. She decided to permanently retire from entertainment to be able to move there, and got a job as a marine sports and scuba diving instructor. She got married in 1997 to a local man, and she now owns a beach resort with her husband and family in Okinawa.

In a 2017 interview she said that she was considering returning to entertainment as a local talento to promote tourism.[1]
