Tsubasa Records (株式会社つばさレコーズ), formerly known as Tsubasa Plus (株式会社つばさプラス; 2012-2020), is a Japanese record label based in Tokyo and established in August 2003. It is a consolidated subsidiary and an in-house record label of TSUBASA ENTERTAINMENT.
The label also includes the department Tsubasa Danshi Production specialising in male idols.
