Ushirogami Hikaretai (うしろ髪ひかれ隊) was an idol group and Onyanko Club sub-unit consisting of three members.
They were formed in April 1987, shortly after the disbandment of their predecessor, Ushiroyubi Sasaregumi. After Onyanko Club disbanded in September 1987, they continued with their idol activities as a separate entity.
They ceased performances together following their first concert on May 2, 1988, to let each member focus on their solo career. The group has never performed together since. However, in 2021, member Ikuina Akiko stated that the group never officially announced its disbandment[1], so its current status is unknown.
Their official successor group is the AKB48 sub-unit Watarirouka Hashiritai 7.

Trivia[]
- Their name in English roughly translates to The Hair Pulling Corps.
- Technically the group has reunited once since starting their hiatus in 1996 for the Onyanko Club official reunion event Fuji TV Day, as all three members were present. However, although they did sing together, they were singing with other former members as Onyanko Club. Since there was no solo performance, it is not considered activity.
