Utoku Keiko (宇徳敬子) is a singer-songwriter and former member of Mi-Ke.
She began her career as a multi-talent and model under Stardust Promotion, and began working as a backup vocalist in 1990. She then debuted as a member of Mi-Ke in 1991.
As a backup vocalist, she is credited as Cecile Minami or Secil Minami.
