Wake Up, Girls!, also known as WUG, is a seven-member Japanese voice actress group belongs to the DIVE II entertainment record label.

The group was formed in 2013 by seven successful applicants of "Avex x 81 Produce Wake Up, Girls! Audition 2nd Anison Vocal Audition" held from 2012 to 2013.[1] The purpose of the audition is to discover voice actresses who will be in charge of the main characters and theme songs of the new animation work Wake Up, Girls!. Thereafter, they have been active as an idol voice actress group. In addition, each member is also active as a voice actor individually.

The group made their voice acting debut on January 10, 2014, with the release of the movie Wake Up, Girls! Seven Idols (Wake Up, Girls! 七人のアイドル) and the premiere of the TV anime Wake Up, Girls!. They subsequently made their CD debut on February 26, 2014, with the release of the theme songs "7 Girls War" and "Kotonoha Aoba" (言の葉 青葉).

On June 15, 2018, the group announced that they would be dissolved in March 2019.[2][3] Although the group will be disbanded, the project Wake Up, Girls! will continue to develop, and its voice acting activities will also continue.[4]

On March 8, 2019, the group officially disbanded after their last live event Wake Up, Girls! Final Live ~Parade of Memories~ was held at Saitama Super Arena, ending their six years of activity.[5]
