MAYU is a female singer from Osaka and a founding member of Little Glee Monster. She debuted within the group on October 29, 2014 with the single "Houkago High Five".

- She is the winner of the "3rd BAKKY JUMPING Singer Contest" in September 2012.[1]
- She is recognized as having a distinctive clear and husky voice.
- She was the only left-handed member of Little Glee Monster.
- She has been into singing since she was 3 or 4 years old. Her parents are also love to sing and used to take her to karaoke. Her mother even said that Mayu always sang "Amairo no Kami no Otome" by Shimatani Hitomi. It was a song that had a big influence on her.[2]
- She is a leopard pattern lover.[3]
- Her favorite artists include Shimatani Hitomi, Koda Kumi[4], and BEGIN[5].
- She likes to listen to anime songs, and one of her favorite anime is Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch.[6]
